What people ask us.

Is my data and my patients' data secure?

Yes. All traffic is encrypted with TLS 1.3, sessions use short-lived tokens with rotation, each practice runs in an isolated space, and we run periodic backups. Clinical files are only accessible via time-limited signed URLs.

What happens if I cancel?

You can cancel anytime from the Stripe portal. You keep access until the end of the paid period and can export your data (patients, visits, plans) before or after cancelling.

Can I migrate my current patients from paper or Excel?

Initially via manual entry or basic CSV. We're building import assistants from spreadsheets and other common systems — write to us to be an early-tester.

Does nutriasoft have an iPhone or Android app?

Today it runs as responsive web (it looks and works great on any phone) and native iOS and Android apps are on the way.

Do my patients have to pay anything?

No. Only you, the nutritionist, pay. Your patients access their portal for free.

How are subscriptions charged?

Via Stripe, with credit or debit card. MX national cards accepted, with no surcharges on your plan.

Is support available in Spanish?

Yes. The product, emails, docs and support are all in Spanish. We respond Mon–Fri in America/Mexico_City hours.

Can I participate before launch?

Yes. Join the access list and tell us about your practice. We will invite nutrition professionals and clinics in small private-beta cohorts.

Does it comply with LFPDPPP and applicable regulations?

We designed nutriasoft following LFPDPPP principles. We have a privacy notice, ARCO rights and a designated data controller.

Can I use it in clinics with several nutritionists?

Yes. The Clinic plan supports multiple professionals, roles and permissions for a team practice.

What if you find a bug or I need a new feature?

We have a direct support channel and a public roadmap. The most requested features move up in priority. Critical bugs get high priority.
